San Diego is one of the best cities in the U.S. for a bachelorette party, with sunny weather year-round, gorgeous beaches, an exciting nightlife, and more! And one way to make your Bachelorette (or Bachelor!) Party extra unique is with a special Private Yoga Class for you and your friends. It’s so much fun and a special moment for everyone to rest and relax (and possibly recover from the night before 😉).
I teach Private Bachelorette Yoga classes under my yoga company Mind Body Badass, LLC! I also have a team of incredible yoga teachers who are able to teach in my place if I’m unable to teach the specific time you need. We’re here to help make this one of the most memorable moments of your San Diego Bachelorette.
I bring the yoga to you—we can set up in the backyard of your rental house or meet at a nearby park or beach, at any time that fits in your schedule. I can meet with you anywhere within the city of San Diego—whether you want to have your Bachelorette Yoga session on the shores of Coronado island, at Mission Beach, in your La Jolla AirBnB, in the grass of Balboa Park, or anywhere you want! San Diego is FULL of beautiful options. We service all of San Diego County, including North County (Oceanside, Encinitas, Carlsbad) all the way to El Cajon, Imperial Beach, and Costa Mesa.
(Btw, we are also available throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles, Temecula, and Palm Springs!).
All private classes are Beginner-Friendly (with options offered for more seasoned yogis), accessible, and inclusive, so no experience is needed for anyone in your group. It’s an experience completely customized for you! We can make it a more challenging workout or a slow restorative flow—anything you want. I’m also certified in Barre and can teach a combo workout/yoga class.
Bachelorette Parties are one of my favorite private groups to teach—yoga is just the perfect way to refresh with your girls after a long night out or energize before a weekend of fun. And everyone has a great time, even those who have never done yoga before!
I am able to supply a yoga mats and/or beach towels (up to 20 people), and I offer optional essential oils and some other fun goodies. ☺️ I also play music in my classes (and happily take requests) and will take photos so you can remember this special moment of your San Diego Bachelorette Yoga class, unless otherwise preferred.
